Yes. Blizzard lists official gamepad support among WoW Forever’s features, and the beta has it as Gamepad (Alpha). Four beta updates between September 22 and October 8 added controller work: class flyouts for forms, stances, auras and pets, a compact action bar, Fixed Party Targeting, gamepad use of compact party and raid frames, and a Gamepad Action Bar you place in Edit Mode.
In the beta the Gamepad UI’s own bindings are static, so rebinding changes keyboard and mouse only. Blizzard hasn’t published a supported controller list, and hasn’t said whether the Alpha label comes off before launch on November 4. Source: Blizzard’s beta development notes.
