New in Forever, Shapeshifting Sentinel’s Strides did not exist before, and they give you a fresh reason to pay attention to your boots. These Rare Leather boots occupy the Feet slot and require level 24. Their name has a watchful air, the sort that suits a player who prefers to be ready before trouble arrives. Sometimes the most satisfying piece of equipment is the one that quietly finishes an outfit.
The boots provide 70 Armor, 8 Agility, and 16 Attack Power. That is a straightforward collection of attributes, with no elaborate description to stand between you and the equipment decision. Picture the familiar pause before heading out: you open your equipment, consider what belongs there, and make your choice. A good pair of boots deserves that little moment of attention just as much as the weapon you carry.

Who should chase it
Combat Rogues will love the straightforward fit for their approach to a fight, while Assassination and Subtlety Rogues also have reason to take an interest. Feral Combat Druids are a natural audience too, and the name makes a particularly fitting companion for that choice of spec. Hunters playing Beast Mastery, Marksmanship, or Survival can give these boots a thoughtful look when considering their equipment. Enhancement Shamans and Fury Warriors also belong in the conversation: if you enjoy choosing pieces with physical combat in mind, this is a pair worth remembering rather than passing over because it occupies a less showy slot.
