Sometimes you want your spell to help friends and hurt enemies in the same moment. Holy Nova offers that combination, and its changed description in Forever gives you something extra to watch for between casts.
Rank 2 is Instant and costs 290 Mana. It deals 45 to 53 Holy damage to all enemy targets within 10 yards and heals all party members within that range for 77 to 87.
How you get it
You learn this rank as a Priest class ability at level 28. It becomes part of your spellbook as you progress, ready for those moments when damage and healing belong in the same cast.
What changed in Forever
The comparison with Classic Era is a tradeoff rather than a straight increase. Previously, the burst dealt 50 to 58 Holy damage and healed for 86 to 98. Forever lowers both ranges, so the immediate payoff from an individual cast is smaller on both sides of the spell.
The new connection is to Holy Fire: each time it deals damage, you have a 5% chance for your next Holy Nova to cost no Mana. That adds an opportunity to your casting decisions, rather than simply making the burst stronger. You can get the same combined damage and healing without paying its usual cost when that chance comes through.

Who uses it
Discipline and Holy Priests can appreciate a spell that helps nearby party members while striking enemies. Shadow Priests also have access to that combination. Whatever your specialization, it suits moments when your positioning brings friendly and hostile targets together, and you want a response without a cast time.
