For each of the 392 ranks, the level a trainer teaches it, its mana cost, what it heals or hits for, and how much of that one point of mana and one second of casting buy. Set your level to see which ranks you have and which gives the most per mana.

For example: Flash Heal
From the beta buildA priest's Flash Heal rank 1, trained at level 20, heals for 174 to 214 and costs 125 mana: 1.55 per mana. Rank 7, at level 56, heals for 757 to 893 and costs 380: 2.17 per mana. In this build the higher rank gives more per point of mana, before any bonus is added. Every rank of Flash Heal.

What the numbers leave out
These are the base values each rank states. In play, bonus healing or spell power, talents and any penalty the game gives a low rank at a high level change them; this build states none of those rules, so none is added here.
A spell is in the tables only when the text of every rank prints its numbers, so each figure matches the rank's own spell page. For gear, see the best in slot lists per spec; for everything else, all tools.
