When nearby enemies crowd in, you can answer with more than another swing. Thunder Clap blasts them with damage and stretches the time between their attacks, giving this Warrior ability a purpose beyond the hit itself.
Rank 1 costs 20 Rage, casts instantly, and deals 10 damage to affected enemies. Its 6 sec cooldown sets the pace: you deliver the blast immediately, then wait before you can send another through the crowd.
How you get it
You learn Thunder Clap as a Warrior class ability at level 6. It arrives early in your journey, giving you a way to affect nearby enemies while you are still getting comfortable with the rhythm of spending Rage.
What changed in Forever
The central change from Classic Era 1.15.9 to Forever 1.60.1 is the strength of the attack slow. The increase in time between enemy attacks rises from 10% to 20%. That means more space between their swings, making the slowing effect a more pronounced part of what the ability does for you.
That stronger effect comes with a longer wait between casts: the Classic Era cooldown was 4 sec. Forever also adds use in Defensive Stance, bringing the blast into that stance’s play. Taken together, these changes shift the emphasis toward a stronger interruption of the enemy’s attack rhythm rather than more frequent casting.

Who uses it
Arms, Fury, and Protection Warriors can all put this ability to work when enemies gather nearby. Protection Warriors will especially appreciate the added stance access, while the other specializations have the same reason to reach for it: slowing the attacks coming your way. Choose the moment for the blast with the enemy’s next swings in mind.
