Down at the Docks is a level 60 quest in WoW Forever: requires level 10, given by Orcish Orphan.

From Classic data: no play session has accepted this quest and the beta build's records do not name it yet, so Forever may differ.
Quest
Classic dataI have heard tales of the mighty ships that sail between Ratchet and Booty Bay! That would be so cool to sail on the ocean and fight in many great sea battles. Maybe I will be a mighty Horde sailor when I grow up! Yeah!
Would you take me to see the Ratchet docks, please? I promise I won't get into the water or cause any trouble - I just want to see the big boats and smell the salty sea water! Yeah!
Objectives
Take your ward to the docks of Ratchet in the Barrens.

Completion
Wow, the ocean is HUGE! There were a lot of seagulls and stuff too - It's just as noisy and as bustling as I thought it would be. There are pirates near by too - so cool!
Thank you for taking me to Ratchet, name. That was so awesome!
