Updated · build 1.60.1.70338
From Classic data: no play session has accepted this quest and the beta build's records do not name it yet, so Forever may differ.
Quest
Classic dataYou will pay the General a visit, yes, but not as one of the Black Dragonflight.
You see, a ceremony is merely another term for blood letting to the Black Flight.
The latent amulet merely needs the blood of the General in order to become active. One of their crude failsafe mechanisms.
Return to Blackrock Spire and destroy Drakkisath. Bring his blood back here and I shall activate the key to Onyxia's lair.
Objectives
Travel to Blackrock Spire and slay General Drakkisath. Gather his blood and return it to Rexxar.
Progress
I don't think I need to tell you that Drakkisath is not to be taken lightly.
I let the thousands dead by his hand do the talking.
Completion
A victory that will be remembered for many years, name. The Drakefire Amulet will open Onyxia's lair. Gather your allies and bring victory to the Horde.
